All returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Inspecting Your Order

We kindly ask that you inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or appears to be missing products, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This helps us resolve shipping-related issues quickly and accurately.

Return Processing & Refund Timeline

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
